Update at CMP, Frank and Annual Point Lookout Memorial

August 28, 2019
Good Evening,!
Thank You All for the Prayers for Frank Towberman. We received an update from Fran today and her email is copied below. Please continue your prayers..  .
The 31 Memorial Bricks that were ordered back in April will be delivered tomorrow.  There was a mix up with the delivery that delayed us receiving the bricks sooner.  Installation of the 31 Memorial Bricks will be soon unless you have specified to us you would like to be present to help install your Memorial Brick.
The next order of Memorial Bricks contains 15 orders, there are 5 spaces left in the circle under the Monument.  We will be cutting off the order next week and sending the order into our supplier. If you would like to order a Memorial Brick please have Steve Defreytas email:STDebay@aol.com confirm your Ancestor was a prisoner at Point Lookout or confirm there is not a brick for your ancestor already at Confederate Memorial Park. Then fill out the attached form and send a check in the amount of $55.00 made out to CMP Inc. to our Treasurer Betty Mann.:
The Annual Point Lookout Memorial will be Saturday Oct. 12th. Please let us know if you plan on attending, we would like to have a head count for lunch and the Annual Meeting. You may camp out at Confederate Memorial Park or bring a self contained RV.  Lunch will be served after the Memorial Service under the Pavilion at Confederate Memorial Park.  The Annual Meeting will take place at 1:30pm after lunch.  If you have any question please email us. We will be sending you the program when it becomes available to us..
We've been busy down at Confederate Memorial Park building the Souvenir Shop. Thank You Leonard and Roz for all the help last week. We'll also be at Confederate Memorial Park tomorrow til Monday evening working on the Souvenir Shop, doing Maintenance and weeding. If you'd like to help or just stop by please feel free to join us.
Always in Their Memory,
Jim and Christina Dunbar
